Princess claims to be ahead of the technology game with Medallion Net so I would expect the one and only tool Princess directs is to use is full of faults. We have a back to back on different ships and again, I can only see excursions or make dining plans on the first of the 2 cruises. Old app had numerous problems but there were ways to navigate through app to get things done albeit app was very slow to load. This app is way slower and useless in many of the needed functions. I have had to rely on using the online webpage and using my planner at Princess.

But the ripple affect screws up MC App, so in there it looks like they don't even have the two voyages. And the dining bookings have been lost, so I can just imagine the trouble I am going to have getting that setup again. Their birthdates are correct in their Princess Captain's Circle profile info. Can't get to any of my "saved" cruises, but at least I could look at the ones I have booked, so maybe I'm "half logged in."  Hope that helps. If they logged in to Princess.com, they could see all bookings listed under Upcoming Cruises, but as soon as they clicked on either the 2nd or 3rd segment..

Got someone at Princess to check and found the 2 accounts. They deleted his old #, but it didn't help. I logged in and got the message that the same username is now shared with Medallion.

I tried Log in about  2 hours ago ,got a pop up wanting more Details for my account. Tried logging in to DW's account and now I get a "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again." message. Just tried to log in to my Princess account and got a notification congratulating me that I can now use the same login for the website as well as the Medallion App.

It's been a week and I still can't get in no matter which browser I try. Amazingly, I can get on the Medallion Class app on my phone. I will do the suggested letter to Jan Schwartz and John Padgett and see if that does the trick. Within 2 hours I had gentlemen call from California to resolve my Login issues. Requested reset of password multiple time nothing came to my email.
